  • In-app or website: Go to Settings, click the Delete Account button, and confirm in the modal.
  • By email: Contact ask@signwow.co.uk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email linked to your account.

Verified requests will be processed within 30 days.

14. Children’s Data

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.

15. Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. SignWow Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or service interruptions, except as required by applicable law.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Scotland, England, and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
